Why we work this way
The problem starts
after launch.
Most businesses aren't unhappy with how their site looks. They're unhappy that after launch, nobody deals with it. The agency hands over the project, sends the invoice and disappears. Six months later the site is slow, plugins are out of date, nobody knows where the enquiries come from, and the owner has no one to ask about a simple change. So we work differently. We build the site, we launch it — and we stay. Hosting, backups, security, reporting and monthly improvements are part of the relationship, not an add-on you have to remember to ask for.
