2. Scope
These terms govern use of the website and enquiries submitted through it. The specific services — website or online store development, hosting and monthly support — are governed by a separate written contract between Webtura Ltd. and the client. Where these terms and a signed contract differ, the contract prevails.
3. Using the website
The content of this site is informational and does not constitute a binding offer. We reserve the right to change the content, structure and services at any time without notice.
The site may not be used for unlawful purposes, for automated large-scale extraction of content, or for actions that would overload or disrupt its operation.
4. Enquiries through the form
Submitting an enquiry creates no contractual obligation for either party. It serves only as initial contact and as a way to assess whether the project is a good fit. We respond to enquiries within one business day.
Data you submit through the form is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
All materials on this site — text, images, logo and design — are the property of Webtura Ltd. or are used on a lawful basis. Reproduction without express written consent is not permitted.
The projects shown in the Portfolio section were built by Webtura Ltd. Rights to the trademarks, logos and content of client sites belong to the respective clients and are shown for illustrative purposes.
6. Rights to delivered projects
Upon full payment of the agreed fee, the client acquires the rights to the site, content and design created for them. The domain, hosting account and access credentials are registered in the client's name.
Webtura Ltd. reserves the right to use delivered projects as portfolio references, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Limitation of liability
We take due care to keep the content of this site accurate and current, but accept no liability for omissions or outdated information. We accept no liability for the content of external sites linked from here.
We do not guarantee specific search engine positions or specific advertising results, as these depend on factors outside our control.
8. Governing law
Matters not covered here are governed by the applicable law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, by the competent Bulgarian court.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms. The current version is always published on this page.
