How Webtura Ltd. collects, uses and protects the personal data you provide.

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is Webtura Ltd., Sofia, 2 General Georgi Ivanov St. For any question about the processing of your data, write to contact@webtura.bg or call 0894 53 08 30.

2. What data we collect

Through the enquiry form we collect: name, email address, phone (optional), current site address (optional) and the information you choose to share about your project — type of service, business sector, approximate scope and desired timing.

When you visit the site, technical data is processed automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and traffic source. This data is collected through analytics tools and only after cookie consent has been given.

3. Why we process it

We process form data in order to respond to your enquiry, assess whether the project is a good fit and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

We process technical data to understand how the site is used and to improve it. The legal basis is your consent, given through the cookie banner.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a contract is concluded — in which case the contract terms and applicable accounting and tax legislation apply.

Analytics data is kept for the period set in the relevant tool, but no longer than 26 months.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with providers who help us operate and who act on our instructions: our hosting provider, email service provider and analytics platforms (Google, Meta).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases the transfer is made on the basis of standard contractual clauses or another permitted mechanism.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, request erasure, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. Where we process on the basis of consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@webtura.bg. We respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection, Sofia, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., kzld.bg.

7. Security

The site runs over a secure connection (SSL). Access to data is limited to people who need it for their work. We take daily backups and run regular security checks.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page.
