A real estate agency in Targovishte with a dynamic property catalogue, filtered search and two types of enquiry — buying and selling.
The brief
The site serves two opposite intentions — some visitors are looking for a property, others want to sell one. Both had to be equal citizens from the first screen. Properties change constantly, so the catalogue had to be manageable by the agency's own team without us in the loop.
What we built
We put two equally weighted paths in the hero — Buy and Sell — with a form that switches between the two scenarios. The catalogue is dynamic, with filters by type, city and price, and reference numbers so brokers can point a client straight at a specific listing.
